A Critical Access Hospital in the Ames/North Ankeny area just outside Des Moines, IA is seeking a Family Medicine provider to join their established team due to an upcoming retirement.
" 4-day workweek
" Focus on comprehensive care with manageable patient volumes of around 15 per day
" Light inpatient volume (average daily census of 1 inpatient and 7-8 on the floor) provides an opportunity to maintain skills; clinic located within the hospital where you can easily round on your own patients along with support of a dedicated ED physician and APPs who provide most of the ED coverage
" Epic EMR
" IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
