" Call is primarily consultative phone-only with a hospitalist program in place handling all admissions
" EMR = EPIC
" 1:11 low-volume call; extremely rare to go in when on call
" Competitive floor guarantee of $750,000 with opportunity to exceed it with RVU productivity incentives
" Total first-year compensation package up to $853,000 including relocation assistance, sign-on, productivity potential, and CME
