" Schedule: Weekly block schedule, 12-hour shifts, 14 shifts per month
" Role: Provide comprehensive care in a Family Birthing Center with a Level II nursery
" Teaching: Collaborate with medical students during their one-month rotations
" Procedures: Active involvement in delivery room care and neonatal procedures
