Our physician-owned surgery center in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Medical Director to strategically build and lead our anesthesia department. This role provides the unique opportunity to develop a high-performing team, optimize anesthesia operations, and collaborate with senior leadership all while enjoying a Monday Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call.
As Medical Director, You Will
" Build and oversee the anesthesia service line, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
" Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of CRNAs and other key anesthesia staff.
" Perform your own cases while also supervising CRNAs in a collaborative environment.
" Partner with senior leadership and report directly to the board to drive strategic growth.
" Primarily orthopedic and spine cases, with the option to incorporate pain management if desired.
Schedule & Lifestyle
" Monday Friday, 7 AM 3 PM
" No nights, no weekends, NO CALL!
" Excellent work-life balance in an outpatient setting
