" Independent physician group You choose your preferred schedule, appointment times, patient panel, and more
" DaVinci Robot and block OR time available
" 4-day work week with no call
" 21 specialties represented in the group for collaboration and camaraderie
" Highly experienced Urology APP and with multiple LPN s and MA s
" General Urology with the opportunity to develop your preferred subspecialty interest
" Largest primary care referral base in the region with over 20 providers
" Named as Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace by the Minnesota Hospital Association
Compensation & Benefits
" Salary guarantee in the 650K range with ability to transition into production model at your discretion
" Shareholder status offered after year 1 - annual incentive bonus of group's gross production for the year
" $100K sign-on plus relocation expenses, health insurance, 401k, CME, and more in a comprehensive benefits package
