POSITION TYPE:

Full-time.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Lead roofing projects across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Meet with roofing crews and homeowners each morning to establish expectations and review project specifications
• Oversee project execution throughout the day, addressing any questions or concerns that arise
• Source and deliver additional materials or tools to crews as needed to maintain workflow
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the production team
• Provide regular updates to the Production Manager regarding project status, challenges, and solutions
• Monitor project timelines and quality standards to ensure all work meets company specifications
• Conduct final walkthroughs with customers to confirm their satisfaction with completed work

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• General knowledge of roofing and construction
• Willing and ready to learn.
• Excellent driving record and driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service.
• Detail-oriented.
• Trustworthy and respectful.
• A friendly individual willing to be a team player.
• Ability to use a ladder and climb on walkable roofs.
• Computer and smartphone literacy is critical.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a MAJOR plus.
