What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of related experience in controls engineering
- Bachelor's or Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with any the following: PLC's, HMI's, Robotics, Mechatronics, Motion Control, Vision Systems and/or Programming.
- Solid leadership experience
- Ability to lead simultaneous projects and/or large projects.
- Experience with CAD (i.e. AutoCAD Electrical)
- Problem Solving expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to control systems.
- Experience in preparing detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and controls troubleshooting
- Customer-Centric Focus: This role requires a strong emphasis on customer support and lifecycle management, making it essential for the candidate to be responsive and adaptable to customer needs.
- Versatility: The Senior Controls Project Engineer will be called upon to lead controls/programming activities outside of traditional project boundaries, addressing customer questions and providing expert advice as needed.
- Collaboration: Close collaboration with the customer support division ensures that the engineer is always aligned with customer expectations and lifecycle management goals.
