We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is a detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team in the insurance industry.
Job Details:
Pay: $16 per hour
Bi-weekly with Direct Deposit
Location: 601 Embassy Oaks, Ste100, San Antonio, TX 78216
Full Time position: Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM (Paid for 40 hrs. a week) with weekends and Holidays off.
Additional Perks: You will have the opportunity to shadow current employees to get a feel for the work environment and job responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries.
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and stay up to date with industry regulations.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about products and services, assisting customers with their questions and concerns.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Process transactions accurately, including payment processing.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service quality.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Assist in sales initiatives by promoting products and services that meet customer needs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Active Insurance License required within 45 days of employment.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and client services is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations effectively.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; additional language skills are an asset.
- A background in sales or related fields can enhance your application.
