What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at JR & Co.?
The ideal candidate will oversee commercial and government roofing and architectural clad construction projects from award through execution to close-out and participate in our national Project Management Office (PMO). You will work with senior management, act as the point of contact for clients, and spend time on job sites building relationships with employees, clients, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of the project life cycle
- Manage project scope, schedule, & budget; tracking variances and reporting
- Provide weekly status reports to stakeholders and participate in periodic meetings
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in construction or the trade industry
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read specs and DWGs
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
