Areas of service include land development, surveying, surface transportation, water resources, and structural engineering as well as construction services in each of our major disciplines. Our in-house staff of talented engineers, surveyors, and support personnel enables us to respond quickly to demanding assignments, project schedules, and changing project scopes. With an annual Net Revenue of $15.0 million in 2023, JR Engineering currently has 93 employees with plans to grow to 120 employees over the next 3-5 years.
Job Summary :
The Client Manager - Public Works plans, organizes, directs, and controls engineering projects from concept through design and construction. The Client Manager ensures project goals and objectives are accomplished and quality standards are met within established timeframes and funding constraints.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
- Marketing to new and existing clients.
- RFP, RFQ and other proposal preparation.
- Maintain integrity-based client relationships.
- Maintain and update design budgets.
- Collaboration with the Project Accountant on invoicing and collections.
- Manage change orders for additional services.
- Industry knowledge of the design documents associated with Public Works Infrastructure projects.
- Manages projects through entitlement and design process, including collaboration with Department Manager, Group Mangers, Project Leads, and the design team.
- Meet company performance metrics and goals.
- Active within professional organizations and industry business development events.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
