Description
Primary Position Responsibilities:
- New Model program management
- New supplier development
- 5S
- Asset tag attachment and paperwork submission
- Follow up on equipment and process readiness for mass production
- Customer contact (program updates, feasibility studies, PP quality issues, document reviews, event build status
- New Model customer documentation (cost breakdowns, TPR's, SAP's, capacity studies, packaging proposals
- Accept pre-production orders and communicate them internally
- Packaging requirements
- Customer/supplier visits
- Communicate tooling PO's to Accounting
- Lead Program Management activity for 4 way headrests w/ US Production
- Plant tours for existing/potential customers
- Print review meeting
- Communicate with outside sales team
- Lead time negotiation with customers/suppliers
- Coordinate, attend, and contribute to New Model Kick-off meeting
- Support JRM TN & Prodomex (Mexico facility)

Qualifications
Qualifications: (knowledge, skills and abilities):
- Business/Engineering degree preferred or minimum of 5 years experience
- Support any new business opportunities
- Strong presentation skills
- Good organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Good people skills
Nonessential Skills and Experience (preferred):
- Strong mechanical background is preferred
- Some education level is preferred, but not necessary if above items are strong
- Team builder and effective team player
- Able to work in a very fast environment
- Able to travel
