JOB SUMMARY
The Production Coordinator is an integral part of the JRM operations, and its role contributes to the overall success of the JR McDade company. The Production Coordinator provides support to the Single-Family Builder division and, more specifically, to the Production and Inventory teams. The Production Coordinator will oversee and implement all service requests from the field including possible material shortages, changes in scope and additional work as requested by the builder.
Additionally, this position aids the Inventory Manager with inventory receiving, cycle counts and general inventory tasks.
Daily activities include data entry, paperwork and operating common office equipment like computers, copiers, and scanners. The Production Coordinator has a strong understanding of Microsoft Office products and enjoys repetitive tasks while sitting down for long periods of time.
Successful candidates are flexible, focused, helpful, and open-minded. Must be able to work in a fast- paced and changing environment. Attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team, willingness to take direction, learn from others, and have a strong mutual respect for their co-workers is mandatory.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands, handle, or feel objects, type and use a mouse; reach with hands and arms, and talk and/or hear. The employee is required to sit for extended periods of time.
Employee will be required assist in locating and/or counting material in the warehouse. Employee will need to walk short distances between offices both inside and outside of buildings. Temperatures vary year long.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Oversees all Field Service Requests:
- Manages the Case Queue in FMS software. Includes the creating invoices, processing orders, track item availability and collecting purchase orders.
- Responds timely to field and customers with invoices, ETAs and other information related to the request using both written and verbal communication.
- Receive deliveries into computer system. Verify counts and locations
- Process picks tickets as crews remove and return material to warehouse
- Scan documents into appropriate folders and retrieve when necessary
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Products: Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations
- Understand and implement basic math, reading and writing skills.
- Infallible attendance with good organization and impeccable work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving and completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Willingness to learn and adapt with change
