What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at JR PROMOTIONS, LLC?
We’re looking for an outgoing professional with B2B sales experience and the ability to run their own territory. This key member of the JR Promotions team should be able to deliver exceptional customer service and creative advertising solutions to our clients. Our account executives are responsible for actively cultivating new sales while also maintaining and strengthening relationships with current and past clients. This position consists of daily travel throughout the territory and working remotely on leads, proposals, and contracts.
This position is for our southwest Indiana territory that covers from Bloomington to Evansville and all the towns in between. The ideal candidate will live and work in this area.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling and by following up on customer inquiries
- Use existing client base to build and expand client relationships
- Demonstrate the value of our offerings through face-to-face contact
- Provide continuous service to customers ranging from small businesses to large, international ad agencies
- Identify client’s advertising needs and develop and propose efficient solutions
- Present the value of advertising, specifically outdoor advertising, to clients
- Work with owner to set and exceed established sales/revenue goals
- Complete projects as directed by the general manager and the owner
- Computer and internet savvy
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Be a positive, professional and influential presence as you represent JR Promotions to the marketplace
- Highly motivated team player with a desire for success
- Comfortable with solution-oriented, consultative approach in presenting and selling JR Promotions outdoor advertising products to clients
- Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation/communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
