What Youll Do

As an Enhancement Team Lead, youll take charge of transforming landscapes by leading a team of 1-3 team members to:

• Execute high-quality landscape enhancement projects
  
• Bring landscape plans to life with expert planting, hardscaping, and seasonal enhancements
  
• Shape and maintain stunning outdoor spaces through pruning, mulching, and bed design
  
• Operate and manage modern professional-grade landscape equipment
  
• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
  
• Deliver outstanding results that exceed client expectations

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of professional landscaping experience (1 year in a leadership role preferred)
  
• Strong eye for detail and passion for outdoor design
  
• Ability to read and implement landscape plans
  
• Proficiency in safely operating landscape equipment
  
• Leadership & communication skills to motivate and train a team
  
• Valid Drivers License (Class A CDL preferred)
  
• Illinois Pesticide License (or willingness to obtain)
