Position Overview
The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the HR team, responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of HR functions, including payroll administration, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture, preferably within a government contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Payroll Management :
- Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance utilizing QuickBooks for time and labor management.
- Ensure accurate and timely generation of payroll reports and records.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
