Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze blueprints, determine material and labor costs, factor in equipment, and subcontractor expenses, and consider potential risks.
- Utilize industry-standard software, such as On-Center, to create and manage estimates efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather data for estimating purposes.
- Identify potential costs risks, such as delays, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions.
- Provide support in project management tasks as needed, ensuring timely completion of estimates.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
