What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at JRCO Scenic?
Custom fabrication shop is adding team members. We are looking for a project coordinator / administrative assistant. The position is available immediately.
-Regular Hours: M-Th, 7:00AM – 5:45PM with required overtime when needed on Fridays.
-Primary job duties are participating in bid schedules, communications and data collection.
-Additionally you will have some personal assistant duties.
*The primary responsibilities for each are as follows:
Scheduling, Organizing employee schedules and project gantt charts
Communications:
- Attend meetings, take minutes and distribute the minutes after the meeting.
- Participate in conference calls, take notes and provide input.
- Track emails and other written correspondence.
- Data Collection (will train)
- Collect and organize relevant information of materials. These include material data sheets and certifications.
Applicants should be:
-Smart/quick learning
-Able to type at least 45 wpm (we will conduct typing test)
-Familiarity with Mac/PC
-Proficient in Excel/Word
-Outgoing personality
-Some travel for trade shows and client meetings required
