Base Location – Morristown, NJ
Duration – 1 year
Days per week : 3
Shifts : 8 : 00 AM-8 : 30pm
On call or weekends required. Yes 1 weeknight / week (7 : 30pm -7am) and 1 weekend per month of on call only required
Call Back : On Call pay with call requirement
Job Description :
MMC Cath Lab and EP are looking for an RCIS certified OR a licensed RT who has experience scrubbing Interventional Cardiology procedures such as STEMI, PCI, Diagnostic Cardiac Caths.
Duties :
- Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI(STEMI ) and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures, etc.
- Able to monitor, document and calculate hemodynamic data
- Provide procedural assistance to physician, pre, intra and post procedure
- Assess and manage access site, and inform physician
- Adhere to On call protocol for Cath lab
- Prepare patient for procedures
