Position Overview:
As a Drywall Technician at JRF Enterprises LLC, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing drywall in both residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure smooth and durable wall surfaces, ready for painting or finishing touches. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install drywall panels on walls and ceilings.
- Secure drywall to wood or metal studs using nails, screws, or adhesives.
- Tape, mud, and sand seams to create a smooth, even surface.
- Repair cracks, holes, and other drywall imperfections.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
- Collaborate with project managers, painters, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Drywaller in construction or remodeling.
- Proficiency in measuring, cutting, installing, and finishing drywall.
- Strong knowledge of taping, mudding, and sanding techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
