Position Overview:

As an experienced painter at JRF Enterprises LLC, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life. From residential homes to commercial properties, you'll utilize your expertise to deliver top-notch painting services with precision and finesse. Whether it's interior or exterior projects, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your talents and contribute to the success of our team!

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.

· Select and mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures.

· Apply paint using various techniques, including brushing, rolling, and spraying.

· Ensure proper coverage and finish while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.

· Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand project requirements and preferences.

· Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and address any touch-ups or corrections as necessary.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a painter, with a minimum of 3 years in the industry.

· Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.

· Commitment to safety protocols and practices.

· MUST have Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Job Type:

· Full-time

Schedule:

· Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
