JRG Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Program Manager to oversee distributed location projects in the telecom industry in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, scheduling, and proficiency with Sitetracker or similar construction software tools. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple project sites, and a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage multiple distributed location projects, ensuring timely execution and quality control.
- Utilize Sitetracker and other construction management software to track project progress, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports, ensuring adherence to project timelines and financial constraints.
- Implement risk management strategies and troubleshoot project-related challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permitting, and industry standards.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.
