Position Summary : We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our clients growing team. This role requires a driven individual with a strong foundation in restaurant construction management. The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight on projects, ensuring successful outcomes that align with our strategic goals and customer expectations.
Location : Tampa, FL
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with the Preconstruction team to estimate and plan projects efficiently.
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications tailored to restaurant construction.
- Mentor and support less experienced project management staff, fostering a team environment that emphasizes growth and learning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to secure and sustain business growth.
- Manage the procurement of Subcontractors and Vendors, ensuring comprehensive scope of work reviews, contract compliance, and risk management.
- Address and resolve drawing interpretation issues, conflicts, and discrepancies.
- Oversee project administration tasks including Submittals, RFI's, Change Order Proposals, Owner Billings, and Monthly Reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial projections and cost management to forecast total estimated project costs.
- Monitor and update Project Schedules, reporting on progress and ensuring timely project delivery.
