Premiere Southeast Construction Manager – Oversee Financial Operations for Growing Business Units
Position Overview :
The Regional Controller leads accounting and financial reporting for multiple high-performing business units, driving financial strategy, ensuring strong internal controls, and managing a team of 30 project accountants. This role is critical to supporting the company’s growth and operational excellence while aligning financial operations with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Direct all accounting functions, including monthly closings, WIP forecasts, and management reporting.
- Oversee contract reviews, project setups, and billing processes as needed.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Implement and enhance internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial insights through detailed reporting and presentations.
- Support cash management, collections, and external audits.
