What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drop In Coach position at JRI?
Who We Are Looking For :
Are you the Drop In Coach we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!
Our Independent Living (IL) Program houses young individuals from 18-24 years old in small efficiency-type apartments or shared-living housing throughout the Metro, Boston, Central, Northeast and Southeast DCF regions.
This would be a full time position with 16 hours at our Waltham area location and 16 hours at our Lowell area location!
JRI Provides The Training So That :
- YOU will be able to provide support for the individuals we serve by "dropping in" in their independent apartment setting to help ensure compliance with program rules
- YOU will be able to provide crisis management if there were to be a crisis during a visit to one of the individuals we serve.
- YOU will be able to help maintain a safe independent living apartment by providing searches for contraband that are not allowed in our programs.
