Role Overview
As a Relief Residential Counselor at JRI, you will support the growth and development of young adults who have experienced significant emotional difficulties. Our team is dedicated to learning effective skills to better serve these young adults, creating engaging activities, and providing a safe environment for their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision of students in the group home, ensuring safety and security procedures are followed according to agency and program policies.
- Lead by example, modeling professional behavior within the group home setting.
- Participate in special projects assigned by the Administrative Team or designee.

Requirements
Experience working in a group home, residential program, or mental health facility is preferred.
