As an Accounts Payable processor, you will be responsible for all accounts payable functions for twelve to fifteen multifamily residential properties.

Your focus is on coding, reviewing and paying invoices each day, corresponding with property managers and vendors to research payment status, invoice filing, and miscellaneous ad-hoc projects related to the accounts payable function.
You will utilize your one year of experience as an Accounts Payable clerk or processor, preferably in property management, hospitality, or commercial real estate, to achieve daily goals to contribute to a smooth month-end process.
Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to meet goals and deadlines are essential to your success in this role.

- You will work full-time, Monday through Friday.

*The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate. **To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 30 days of employment as of the holiday date.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience
- A High School Degree is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting is highly preferred
- A minimum of one year of experience as an account payable clerk, preferably in property management, hospitality, or commercial real estate environment
- Experience with accounts payable electronic software such as Nexus, Avid Exchange or similar software is preferred
- Understanding of the commercial real estate industry multifamily sector is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Expected work hours: 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends
- Travel: None
- Work environment and physical demands: General office environment
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
