Job Summary
Position Overview:
Entry-level position working in a Powder Coating / Finishing facility performing many different processes including but not limited to; power washing/prepping parts, masking/demasking, prep work for coating operations, cleaning, and spray coating.
Responsibilities and Skills needed to be successful:
- Must be able to closely follow instructions on job travelers.
- Must be able to follow company policies.
- Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment with good interpersonal skills.
- Must be punctual.
- Positive Attitude.
- Ability to learn and read blue prints.
- Ability to learn new operations quickly and retain knowledge.
- Being a team player.
