Job Summary
A Visualization Specialist in the marketing department of a high-end commercial construction firm will create impactful visual content that supports business development, client engagement, and project storytelling. This role requires collaboration with project teams and marketing to translate complex construction data and concepts into visually compelling presentations.
Submit a portfolio of work demonstrating visual storytelling, and technical animation skill.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations for high-end commercial construction projects. Additionally, Character and object animation capability is highly desirable.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and marketing teams to create visuals that align with project goals and the company’s brand.
- Utilize Revit, 3D Max, and SketchUp, etc. to create detailed architectural models
- Produce photorealistic renderings using Twinmotion and Unreal Engine to bring construction projects to life.
- Develop interactive presentations and visual content for client meetings, proposals, and marketing campaigns.
- Integrate 3D models and animations with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to create polished, branded visuals.
- Ensure consistency in all visual communications, adhering to company branding guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in visualization tools and technology.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong background in architecture or related fields with visualization expertise.
- Proficiency in Revit, 3D Max, Maya, SketchUp, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in producing 3D models, renderings, animations, and interactive visualizations.
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing and project teams.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary Information
- To the extent this position is performed in New York City, the annual salary range for this role is $67,000 - $85,000.
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
