Job Summary
We are looking for upcoming or recent college graduates to be a part of our Rotational Program, which is set to begin in June 2025. This is a 14-Month (60 Week) program that will rotate individuals through the main areas of construction management: Superintendent, Project/Cost Management, Estimating, Environmental Health & Safety, with one electoral department.
Rotation Duration
14-Month (60 Week) program with rotation durations as follows:
- Superintendent & Safety Intro: 18 Weeks
- Project Management/Cost Management: 18 Weeks
- Estimating: 16 Weeks
- Elective: 8 Weeks
Overview of Rotations
1) Construction – Superintendent & Safety Intro (Duration: 18 Weeks)
A. Objective: To gain an understanding of site management, getting involved in the paperwork process, coordination of subcontractors, subcontractor, and client meetings, and assisting with the superintending of a project. To help drive employee engagement and participation as it relates to safety to all JRM personnel and our partners (subcontractors) by promoting a standard of quality, professionalism, and safety excellence.

2) Construction – Project Management/Cost Management (Duration: 18 Weeks)
A. Objective: To assist Project Managers with client meeting minutes preparation, pencil requisitions and project close-outs. Attend client and Project Manager meetings to gain a greater understanding of their assigned projects and the role of a Project Manager. To also gain an understanding of project extras, the work order/change order process, getting involved in soliciting proposals from subcontractors and preparing change orders.

A. Objective: To gain an understanding of the basic principles of Construction estimating. To assist an Estimator with the solicitation of bids from subcontractors, walkthroughs, take-offs and proposals.

4) Elective (Duration: 8 Weeks)
A. Candidates will have a choice of the following:
- BIM/VDC
- Core & Shell

Mentorship
Each member of the Rotation Program will be assigned a mentor during each rotation to oversee their respective progress. Mentors will serve as their main point of contact, answering any questions and addressing any issues that may arise. Mentors are responsible to ensure their appointed member is meeting the program’s objective and being exposed to items outlined.
Salary Information
- To the extent this position is performed in New York, the annual salary for this role is $75,000.
