Purpose : Help the wait staff and bartenders. Clean tables, clearing plates, utensils and drink ware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure guest water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepares room for dining by setting the tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils
- Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash.
- Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths
- Serve ice water, coffee, rolls, or butter to guest
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :
Education & Experience
High School Diploma
Skills & Ability
Read, write and speak English and Spanish
Physical Demands
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to lift 30 pounds to 50 pounds
Working Conditions :
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
