What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workforce Planning/HR Consultant (TS/SCI) position at JRogers Consulting LLC (JRC LLC)?
JRC has an immediate opening for a Workforce Planning/HR Consultant to support a Department of Defense customer. This full-time position is part of a larger team supporting the transformation and modernization of a variety of strategic human capital functions for the customer organization.
Primary Duties:
· Support the development of data reports and visualizations to inform decisions across human capital management programs;
· Develop an approach for the customer to use when working with hiring officials to analyze trends and consider future mission requirements for detailed hiring plans for mission areas;
· Develop a suite of workforce data reports and visualizations so information necessary for workforce planning and shaping is available on demand. Support other workforce reports that are requested from oversight organizations via regulations or scheduled requests for information (RFI);
· Contribute to the organization’s exit survey process by providing technical support to develop and refine analytic methodology, reporting capabilities, and quality control mechanisms for the dissemination of survey results; and
· Perform other services as deemed necessary and relevant to meet the objectives of/in respective area of assignment for this initiative.
Position Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Master’s Degree in statistics, economics, computational social science, industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, human capital management, human capital analytics, or related field is highly desired
· Eight (8) years of experience directly related to strategic workforce planning;
· Experience in workforce planning at the corporate and mission unit level;
· Experience in employee development to include career mapping;
· Advanced knowledge of statistical methods, data visualization and data journalism tools and techniques; and
· Experience in oral and written communication skills as demonstrated by the ability to transfer ideas through various channels of communication with intent to persuade and influence, advise, inform, or direct intended and select audience(s)
· Expert knowledge in/with MS Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
