Construction Project Manager – Tenant Buildouts
A well-established commercial real estate company in Duluth is looking to hire a Manager for tenant construction projects. This is an exceptional growth opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join a supportive, dynamic team. What sets this role apart is the company’s positive office culture and the focus on projects primarily within the metro Atlanta area—requiring little to no travel.
In this key position, you will manage the tenant buildout process across retail, restaurant, and office properties. As the primary liaison between tenants, leasing teams, and property management, your professionalism and approachable demeanor will ensure a smooth experience from project start to tenant opening.
The ideal candidate will have experience in interior construction, particularly in a commercial real estate development setting. A proactive leader with a passion for construction and tenant coordination will excel in this role.
Key Requirements :
- 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on retail, restaurant, and office projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a commercial real estate development company is highly desirable.
