Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Flooring Estimator to join our team in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure accurate pricing and successful project execution. This role requires a strong understanding of flooring materials, installation processes, and market trends. This position allows for remote flexibility if desired, working in office a minimum of 1-2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review project specifications and blueprints to determine scope and requirements.
- Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and assess project conditions.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for various flooring materials and installation services.
- Collaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing and product information.
- Analyze labor costs and project timelines to create comprehensive estimates.
- Communicate with clients to clarify project details and provide updates on estimates.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.
