Reputable Commercial General Contractor located in the Marietta area providing construction ground-up and renovation services. They seek to hire a Project Manager to work with their project management team on projects to include healthcare, education, high-end restaurants, high-end retail, high-end hospitality, commercial office, mixed-use, and specialty markets. RESPONSIBILITIES...
- Project management experience in related projects
- Proficiency in all construction project management responsibilities and functions
- Ability to lead, direct, and train Assistant PM's
- Ability to analyze, manage and mitigate risks
- Preparation of Financial Forecasts
- Preparation of Schedules
- Ensure adherence to Schedules
- Manage Request for Information (RFI) process
- Manage Submittal process
- Prepare Job Meeting agendas
- Approve Pay Applications / Invoices from Subcontractors
- Review Pay Applications to Owners
- Review drawing changes to determine impact on schedule and / or job cost
- Approve Owner and Subcontractor Change Requests and Change Orders
- Provide prompt responses to all team members
- Maintain quality control throughout projects
- Determine timing of Punch List walk-throughs
- Negotiate Subcontractor buyout opportunities
- Bid new projects as assigned
- Organize and facilitate OAC meetings
