Location : Hybrid in Oakbrook Terrace, IL (2 Days Onsite, 3 days remote)
Duration : Full-time, Direct Hire
Salary : $155,000 - $160,000 Annually

Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary liaison with business units for financial business systems.
- Support and enhance Infor M3 ERP and Enterprise Performance Management systems.
- Conduct functional and technical analysis, system design, testing, and implementation.
- Configure and provide daily support for assigned financial systems.
- Identify and resolve application issues, performing root cause analysis.
- Prioritize and manage application enhancements based on business needs.
- Collaborate with business process owners to optimize system functionality.
- Participate in integration testing, data conversion, and deployment activities.
- Maintain system integrity by reviewing ERP updates and leading testing efforts.
- Facilitate change management, training, and communication of new processes and technology.
