Associate Attorney (Remote)

Compensation :
115,000 - $140,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Writing, reviewing, and editing legal correspondence.Creating legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.Responding to written discovery and opposing motions.Preparing for trials and participating in them.Achieving firm targets and benchmarks.Maintaining regular communication with clients and opposing counsel.Supervising support staff who assist with caseload, ensuring that all cases in the litigation department are on track and moving forward.Qualifications :
Excellent legal writing abilities and a keen attention to detail are essential. Candidates who served on Law Review are preferred.Must possess an active license to practice law in the United States.Should have at least 2 years of experience in civil litigation.While experience in employment law is strongly preferred, it is not mandatory as we offer comprehensive training in this area for candidates with a strong litigation background.Seeking a candidate with a passion for advocating for employee rights, as this is a key focus in our practice.The right candidate will be pivotal in the firm's success and must demonstrate exceptional communication, dedication, motivation, and proactiveness.An ambitious individual who excels in efficiently managing multiple tasks and takes pride in their work will thrive in our firm.About Company
