Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Perform manual and mechanical demolition of structures, including concrete, steel, and wood materials.
- Operate hand and power tools such as jackhammers, saws, grinders, and drills for demolition tasks.
- Safely use heavy equipment, including skid steers and mini-excavators (if certified).
- Remove debris and maintain clean, organized job sites.
- Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
- Assist with hazardous material handling (if trained/certified).
- Travel to project sites as needed; per diem provided for out-of-town work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in demolition, construction, or related field.
- Ability to work physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Safety or equipment training certifications (OSHA, fall protection, skid steer, mini excavator & lift operation) are preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial and industrial demolition processes.
- Experience operating power tools and light machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong work ethic, teamwork mentality, and attention to detail.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.
- Willingness to travel for projects when needed.
