Job Overview:

JSCO INC, the premiere commercial demolition company in the San Francisco Bay Area, is looking for an experienced Working Foreman to lead our demolition crews. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee demolition projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-tier results. If you have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of demolition processes, and a commitment to safety, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Lead and supervise demolition crews on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate project timelines, crew assignments, and equipment use.
• Operate and oversee the use of heavy equipment, including Bobcats, mini excavators, and other demolition machinery.
• Operate and oversee the use of heavy equipment, tools, and demolition machinery.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and team members.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress and identify potential hazards.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports and safety checklists.
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in the demolition industry (commercial & industrial projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, site preparation, and debris management.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operations, including excavators, loaders, and skid steers.
• Safety certifications desired (OSHA, Fall Protection, Lift Training, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish or Portuguese).
