Required Skills and Experience Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
- Experience with omni-channel personalization and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in APIs, SDKs, and tools such as WebSDK for data streaming and tagging.
- Hands-on experience with email template creation, channel management, and IP strategies.
