Responibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business managers to understand the company's BPM (Business Process Management) application needs.
- Application Design and Development: Design and develop Pega BPM applications, integrating them with external APIs and databases.
- Solution Architecture: Perform solution architecture within the Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) environment.
- Class Structures and Data Models: Design class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
- Business Analysis: Coordinate with the project team to ensure that the business architecture aligns with customer requirements.
- Integration: Integrate business databases, legacy systems, and web services.
- Troubleshooting and Optimization: Troubleshoot application issues, identify coding bugs, and address bottlenecks.
- Performance Testing: Conduct system performance tests to ensure optimal functionality.
- Security: Maintain the security of all system applications.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science.
Experience: Proven work experience as a Pega developer.
Pega Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Pega Platform 7.x., 8.x, 23.X
Technical Skills: Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, EJB, Angular JS, Java, and JQuery.
Methodology: Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.
Web Technologies: Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
Pega Senior Enterprise Architect
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect with expertise in Pega technology to lead and shape our organization's strategic initiatives. As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and customer-centric solutions using Pega Infinity. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

- Strategic Leadership: Provide thought leadership to drive Pega technology adoption across the enterprise. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Solution Design: Architect end-to-end Pega solutions, considering scalability, performance, security, and integration aspects.
- Technical Governance: Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, standards, and guidelines.
- Project Oversight: Lead and oversee Pega projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering their growth in Pega technology.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and development teams to define requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to Pega implementations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pega technology, including hands-on development and architecture.
Certifications: Pega Certified Senior System Architect and Certified Pega Business Architect preferred.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Pega Platform and Pega Infinity.
o Strong understanding of Pega application design, case management, and decisioning.
o Knowledge of cloud technologies, microservices, and containerization.
o Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
