We need a senior candidate having strong experience in Human Resource implementation mainly in (grade profiles, salary plans, allowances, bonuses, eligibility rules, and compensation packages).

REQUIREMENTS

This role requires expertise in Workday, including but not limited to, business processes, calculated fields, and compensation structures (grade profiles, salary plans, allowances, bonuses, eligibility rules, and compensation packages). It also involves data conversion, benefits administration, and report writing (standard, matrix, advanced, and trending reports), as well as working with custom business objects.

Key technical skills include payroll, time tracking, attendance management, inbound/outbound EIBs, and custom integrations. Additionally, experience in event management, release management, self-service configuration, and security (security groups, domain security policies, and functional area security policies) is necessary. The role also involves managing different Workday environments, including implementation, sandbox, and production tenants.
