The client wants to move fast to fill this role, but is VERY particular on what they are looking for in skills and experience. They will also be looking for a resource that is an EXCELLENT communicator, with very strong verbal and written communication skills.

Project Scope:

They are looking for an UltiPro Data Migration Lead Consultant that will be able to help migrate the data from Legends legacy UltiPro (UKG) HCM system, into ASM Global's Workday HCM platform. This resourced will work in collaboration and as a liaison between the client's Systems Integrator (SI), Mercer, the Project Manager, and both the HR Business Teams with Legends and ASM Global. The SI (Mercer) will be doing the bulk of the data load into Workday HCM. They will have a team of resources that this Lead Consultant will be working with. The consultant will also be working with a team of dedicated consultants from the client side (ASM Global) that will be supporting the project. They anticipate this project will be a 6-month engagement, as they are targeting a go-live by July 2025.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the SI and the Project Manager to analyze and prioritize how they'll be mapping the data and managing the data sets during the migration effort,
• Responsible for directly carrying out the data mapping, validation, and testing of the data
• Working with the SI, Project Manager, and the client to troubleshoot any data validation issues identified during testing phase. Identify why the data is not populating correctly in Workday HCM, from what was mapped out in UltiPro HCM

MAT HAVE Requirements:

• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN.
• A STRONG history of being directly responsible for leading UltiPro Data Migration projects
• Prior experience leading teams of consultants and resources that are working in collaboration to migration data from UltiPro HCM to other target HCM systems preferrable Workday HCM.
• Prior experience and/or understanding of Workday HCM. The consultant does not have to have prior experience with Workday HCM implementations, yet must have an understanding of the product and experience in successfully performing and managing migrations from UltiPro HCM to other HCM systems.
• A "Workday Implementations Generalist" or Lead Consultant that has been involved in a wide array of responsibilities such as implementations, enhancements, migrations, and support projects will not be the right fit candidate. This Lead Consultant must have a STRONG history of being directly responsible for leading UltiPro Data Migration projects and preferably experience where they have migrated the data from UltiPro HCM systems over to Workday HCM.
