Job Title : Big Data Platform Engineer
Location : Remote Role; NY 10075
Duration : 6-12 Months Contract.
Interview process : Phone followed by Video Interview.
Note : This is a W2 role only.
Remote job but requires being available for client meet so the candidates should able to commute when required.
Job Description : -
- Recent 3-4 years of experience from BFSI sector background (Citi, Morgan Stanley, JPMC, etc)
- Resource will be responsible for Implementation of data in Big Data Platform : -
- Apache Hadoop (HDFS, Hive, HBase, Oozie)
- Apache Spark (PySpark, Spark Streaming, MLlib)
- Databricks (Unified Data Analytics Platform)
- Kafka (Event Streaming for Real-time Data Processing)
- Experience with anyone Cloud Data Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is required.
- Any GRC technology ( Collibra / Alation / Privacera / Immuta / Apache Ranger, etc) will be a huge plus.
- This is a client facing role so communication should be extremely good.
