Business Analyst (Reporting / SLAs)
Work with current BA to collect analyze business requirements to develop requirements for a comprehensive reporting package and dashboard that includes attentiveness to SLAs within the organization with clients and with vendors. Data will include thresholds that will be the baseline of escalation trends and accurate data presentation. Will need strong analytical skills FACETS knowledge (2 years) business acumen and understanding of Tableau for requirements gathering and approval.
Business Analyst (provider)
- The candidate will work with Developers Business Analysts and key business leads to develop and deploy solutions to support the redesign of the provider creation and maintence process in Facets.
- Interpret Business Requirements and convert into Functional Specifications in the delivery of software solutions meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Directly work in a team that consists of Project Manager Solutions Architect Programmers Systems Analysts Business Analysts management infrastructure and business clients to understand business needs and define design solutions.
