- Collaborate with business teams to align product strategies with organizational goals.
- Prioritize features, gather feedback, and evaluate performance to optimize the user experience.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Lead a team of IT product managers, fostering professional growth and setting clear objectives.
- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, best practices, and quality standards in product development.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams for smooth product lifecycle execution.
- Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and maintain budget and timeline adherence.
- Establish KPIs, analyze performance data, and make data-driven product decisions.
