Job Description:-

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cloud technologies, data modeling, and fixed income business knowledge. This role will involve leading development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other developers to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based applications using Azure.
• Create and optimize data models to support business objectives.
• Utilize Java for back-end development and ensure high-performance and responsiveness.
• Apply knowledge of Python to enhance existing systems and develop new functionalities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development and cloud technologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of software development experience, with a focus on leading technical teams.
• Strong expertise in Java; heavy experience required.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.
• Knowledge of the fixed income business is highly desirable.
• Experience with Python is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
