The Loan IQ Technology Analyst is responsible for liaising between Business users and Development team. The overall objective of this position is to take active role in Loan IQ BAU activities, participate in regression testing as well as to validate new functionality.
H/she will have effective communication and diplomacy skills to influence internal partners to test and deploy a new version of Loan IQ system and related components. The resource will be driving execution across Loan IQ production support, enhancements, analysis, and testing efforts.
Responsibilities
Requirements collection and analysis in the respect of the Loan IQ upgrade project.
Converting requirements into IT specifications.
Documenting specifications
Design and document testing/QA plan
Communicating and coordinating efforts and workshops between business and IT teams
Coordinate and assist with end user acceptance testing sessions.
Qualifications
Loan IQ platform experience, with background in Loan IQ functionality.
Testing and Defect Life Cycle knowledge
Exposure to Syndicated Loan business knowledge in a large financial services organization.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
Strong communication skills
Basic SQL programming experience needed to execute some SQLs for the testing purposes.

- The expectations from BA role (as well as other roles) has gone up in Truist; much like any other organization like us. Client is expecting the BA's to be technically sound in terms of writing SQL queries, copying files/folders for deployment etc. Hence this Loan IQ BA role has an added QA/Tech flavour to it
