Role : MS Dynamics 365 Business Analyst

Location : Lenexa, KS OR Bloomington, MN 3 DAYS ONSITE IN A WEEK

FULL TIME / Permanent

Interview : WebEx

Job Description :

  • 3-5 years at a minimum
  • 3 years of MS Dynamics 365 is required

Job Summary :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions in a supply chain, manufacturing, or telecommunications environment is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Operations, Sales, or Supply Chain Management).
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design documentation.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
  • Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of Azure services and cloud integrations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    • Not Required, but a plus :

  • MS Dynamics D365 certifications
  • Experience with C#.net
  • Experience with Azure functions, Key Vaults, Logic Apps
