Our client is seeking a highly skilled Integration Support Specialist with strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to join their dynamic team. This role is critical for maintaining operational excellence by troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring seamless software integration. If you thrive in a fast-paced, technical support environment and have a solid background in RAML concepts, Mule connector knowledge, and DataWeave, this opportunity is for you!
Integration Support Specialist Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage and resolve support tickets, collaborating with stakeholders to address integration issues, particularly within MuleSoft.
- Analyze and interpret data logs, identify errors, and provide quick resolutions with a strong focus on MuleSoft technical troubleshooting.
- Serve as the middleware expert, diagnosing and resolving integration issues across multiple applications.
- Prioritize and balance multiple support tasks while maintaining focus on one integration challenge at a time.
- Ensure strong proficiency in RAML concepts, Mule connectors, and DataWeave transformations to optimize integration processes.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct data matching, cloud system reviews, and integration monitoring to ensure operational stability.
- Occasionally adjust to evening work hours to coordinate with offshore team members.
