- Timeline management: Ensure the cutover process aligns with project goals and is completed on time
- Deliverable management: Ensure all deliverables are met
- Dry runs: Facilitate dry runs and rehearsals to validate processes and readiness
- Data migration: Collaborate with technical teams on data migration and validation efforts
- Stakeholder management: Manage relationships with Oracle, third-party vendors, and steering committees
- Budget management: Own the project budget
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to steering committees
- Integration management: Build and manage integrations
- Skills Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation, Strong communication skills, Ability to set expectations, Ability to build and maintain relationships, and Ability to motivate others
